Based on the indigo-dyed old cloth of the Edo period, the fabric is made by weaving the darkest indigo yarn and sulfur dyed beige yarn on a shuttle loom.
- 5.1oz fabric
- The pattern is a simple rectangular shape with all the bodies connected, such as between a kimono and a shirt (the part that looks like a joint of the shoulder yoke is reinforced with double fabric).
- Selvedge is used for the collar, the edges of the cuffs, and the side hem.
- Like workwear, the buttons are sturdy black-painted donut buttons.
- 90% cotton, 10% sugar cane
