SKEIN DYEING: The beautiful fading that befalls indigo dye lies within the dyeing process and we use the beautiful Saitama Bushu Dye in our stein dyeing. The stein dyeing process is a process in which the thread is bundled up together and dyed 12~13 times repeatedly.
It is a very time consuming and arduous process. In addition, various concerns such as the season, weather, temperature, and humidity, can affect the dyeing process, and therefore, careful consideration is put into the process by our elite craftsman.
Unlike other indigo threads, in which inner part of the thread remains white, these indigo threads are dyed to the very core of the thread, and this is how we have come to create our [INDIGO No.3] thread which is used to make our [TH ZIPANGU] pure indigo jeans.
