Ordered a pair of pants in the wrong size by mistake. Noticed as soon as the order went through and sent the store a note to change the order within 5 minutes of purchase. Never got an answer. The next day I tried calling but no one would answer, so I sent them a note via messenger... never got a reply. They simply sent the pants and stuck me with the wrong size. I had literally been a customer for 15 years, when the store was a little front, so it’s extremely disappointing that their online service is so poor.
