Minor Planet x Young Coffee

We’ve always prided ourselves and the store on fostering community, and this weekend we felt our reach expand with a new sort of event.

That change of pace for us came about as we hosted a meet up for the spiritual sports brand, Minor Planet this past weekend.

Based in Brooklyn, Minor Planet teamed up with fellow Brooklyn based coffee brand, Young Coffee for a special two day pop-up held at the shop.

Beginning with a 5k Baby River Run traced around the west-side highway, followed by a guided meditation, and ending with a coffee at Blue in Green by Young Coffee, the fashion, coffee, and running community found themselves all under the same roof.

Families enjoying Father’s Day Weekend stopped by for a hello, fellow runners dropping by to snag merch, and the usual customers pleasantly surprised to receive a coffee on the house – a hodgepodge of New Yorkers, unbeknownst to them that their support for the store means so much to us.
