In addition to offering complimentary US shipping for all orders over $200, Blue In Green offers significantly reduced shipping rates for Fedex and USPS for both US and International customers. Orders are processed and shipped out as quickly as possible. Confirmed orders placed after 3pm Monday–Friday, or after 1pm on Saturday, will generally ship out the next few business days. However, there are cases where shipments may be slightly delayed. Please note: we are not responsible for delays caused by delivery carriers at any time.

CONFIRMING ORDERS:
Orders requesting delivery to addresses other than the billing address, and International orders paying by credit card, may experience delays as we need extra time to confirm all information before shipping. We may also ask for additional information to help verify these types of orders and payments. Orders that do not pass our fraud detection tests may be cancelled at our discretion. Using PayPal with a “Seller Protection Address” will verify and/or speed up the confirmation process. In some cases we may ship certain orders with a "direct signature required" if we feel it necessary to help secure the purchase. We try to get orders shipped and delivered as swiftly as possible however please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the delivery carriers at any time.

Returns


FOR IN STORE PURCHASES: The return of new, unaltered, undamaged, and unworn (aside from being tried on for size) items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Jeans or pants which have been hemmed or altered by us or any other parties are ineligible for return. Items must have appropriate tags.

FOR ONLINE ORDERS: The return of new, unaltered, undamaged, and unworn (aside from being tried on for size) items may be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange and the returning item should be “postmarked” back to us within 5 days of receiving the item. Jeans or pants which have been hemmed or altered by us or any other parties, or unwashed jeans which have been soaked or washed after being purchased, are ineligible for return.

Items should be returned in their original packaging (if applicable) and with the original tags. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, except in the case of error on our part. This return policy also applies to Pre-Orders.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:
  • Gift Cards
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or soiled for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after purchase
  • Any item that is noted as a Final Sale
DISCOUNTED ITEMS AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS:
Discounted items are subject to availability. Online orders that are unable to be fulfilled can be adjusted, cancelled or refunded. Discounted items that are noted as "All Sales Final", "Final Sale" or the like, are not eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased during a store wide promotional Sale are returnable as per our standard return policy. In the case of purchases made with a multiple tier discount or bulk discount: If item(s) are returned, cancelled or exchanged and it brings the merchandise total below the offer’s qualifying level, then the qualifying offer will be applied, and/or the offer’s value will be deducted from the refund.

HOW TO SHIP BACK RETURNS:
RMA's are not required. Please just ship returning items back to our store address below with a note explaining the return. For exchanges you may contact us in advance of the return to hold any items:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns and exchanges are processed as quickly as possible. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
