Recouture, shoe artisans and reconstruction masterminds….A Tokyo based atelier producing one of a kind sneakers created from swapping soles, and playing with fabrics and textures. Before RECOUTURE, Shun Hirsoe was focused on shoe repair and restoration- where he gained a trusty following before venturing into shoe reconstruction for selling. Hirose uses popular sneaker silhouettes and fits them with outsoles from boots, brogues and many other shoe types—just not sneakers. Everyone can find something they did not even know they were looking for.
